Site-specific sound installation based on Anvil’s classic heavy metal anthem “Metal on Metal”. The song was playbacked and recorded using contact microphones and transducer speakers installed in the metallic walls of the container. We repeated the process several times to emphasize the metallic resonances of the audio material to create an ultimate metal experience! The end result is played inside the container with 6 transducer speakers mounted on the walls. The container will act as a giant loudspeaker.
